Positive: The property was very clean. It’s actually beautiful. Location could be better.
Negative: I wouldn’t say the property per se but I didn’t rest well because there were children running through the hall all night. It’s strange because I was kind of given flack because I was told no parties due to my daughter wanting a sleepover with her and 2 friends.

Negative: misleading information about the shuttle on the website (have to reserve it 24 hours in advance). front desk staff not very knowledgeable about the specifics of the shuttle service nor about office amenities (initially told shuttle doesn't run for pick-ups, only drop-off, then told shuttle was not available, then told that neither is true, that shuttle runs for both pick-up and drop-off but driver wasn't available). general air is stuff and malodorous.

Positive: Felt like carpet and flooring was old - maybe needs replacing .. it was hard to pull my suitcase down the hall .. also would be helpful to have a map of where rooms are I relationship to the doors . I was told between doors 4-5 but really was closet to 5 and 5-6 ..

Positive: I did not utilize the restaurant or the pool so I am not sure of that. I was there to attend a conference. The conference rooms were very nice.
Negative: The carpet on the floor throughout the hotel seemed a bit worn and dingy.
